I came to Kwik Kar at 5:10 PM in a panic because my car was missing and lunging forward; I was seriously afraid I wouldn't make it home. I also expected them to tell me they didn't have time to do any repairs that close to closing or to quote me an exorbitant amount. I had an idea of what it would probably cost and already knew it was more than I could afford. This sweet caring young woman met me at my car and listened to my concerns and went to get the boss. He looked under the hood and made a few phone calls for parts then returned and said he could fix my car while I waited and gave me a more than fair estimate. While I was waiting, I watched the young woman that had come out to my car work on cars and in the office. She was cheerful, efficient and obviously knew what she was doing. Her boss found an additional probIem that he also repaired without changing his quote. I don't think they made any money off of me that day but they definitely have a loyal client that will return time after time. And one that will share what a pleasant experience it was to have someone lend a hand at the last minute (when I knew they were tired) and fix my car. Thanks to both of them. I went home and told my husband I had just met two angels.

I took my Honda Pilot in for routine inspection. I asked if they could look at a small drip inside area of back tire . It was a busted shock . So I had new shocks put on back of car . The mechanic on duty and all the employees were super nice . Very knowledgeable and I will be taking my vehicles there from here on out . Thank you for taking good care of me .

Went in to have my oil changed today and had an amazing young lady help me. Marina not only got the oil changed, but she noticed my windshield wipers were bad and asked if I would like them changed. I didn't know they did that there so I was so happy to have them changed. She took such good care of me, checked the air pressure in my tires, topped off all the fluids.
